My wife and I experienced the consequences of not hiring a home inspector in 1979 with the purchase of our first home. Unfortunately, due to a severe plumbing leak, we spent our first night in a hotel room. In 1995, as the general contractor for our current home, I became familiar with all aspects of construction and the importance of quality work. I found the process to be very interesting, and that interest ultimately resulted in the development of HHI.
